Everyone seems to be on facebook these days, and most people have a facebook account.   Even I have a facebok page.

Well first of all facebook is free to join and there is an endless pontential  to be tapped into and you have access to millions of people.  But can you make money from facebook?

Well did you know you can sell things on your Facebook profile? Well, you can with the help of a couple handy applications. Whether it be your own music if you’re a musician, a shirt you designed, or old junk you have laying around, there’s probably an application out there that can help you earn some extra dough.

Cafepress is one of these applications.  Pretty much everyone has heard of CafePress, and with this Facebook app you can start selling whatever you have on your store via your profile.

Even Ebay can be linked to your facebook page.  You can tell friends and family know what items you have listed on your ebay store.  Or on your ebay account.

Garage sale is another one, and the name just says it all.  Garage sale is with associated with Buy.com. Garage Sale allows you to sell your items to your friends.

Have you heard of Lemonade.  Did you have a lemonade stand as a kid?  Well, this appication allows you to use the same idea, combining both business and the community, and have a lemonade stand in a facebook environment. Basically you add what you want to sell to a lemonade stand, and put it on your Facebook page. It’s free which I love and it is very easy to use.

People that accidently made a fortune

I just love money making article and this one is definately one of favourites.    As I often dream about winning the lottery and in my mind.  I have already spent the funds.

I show a docs about this, and it just made my angry.  The art world are so narrow minded.  A thift find Jackson Pollack.  The debate is still out about this truck drivers $5.00 dollar find. 

Everybody knew that Pollock dumped a lot of his unsuccessful things in, in the dump in, in East Hampton. You know, in those days, they weren't, they weren't worth anything really.  But now they are.

And, a few months ago, 32 potential Pollocks turned up in the attic of Herbert Matter, a friend and contemporary of the artist. Some leading experts say they're genuine.

But the art establishment shows no inclination to accept Teri's painting, even with the fingerprints.


I believe that Teri will still continue to struggle getting the experts to accept this as an geniune Pollack.


Another Famous Painting

One day, an man in Indiana spent $30 for a few pieces of used furniture and an old painting of some flowers. When he got his new stuff home, he decided to  hang the picture to cover up a hole in his wall.

Some years later he was playing a board game called Masterpiece in which players attempt to outbid one another for artwork at an auction. When he noticed, one of the cards in the game featured a painting of flowers that looked a lot like the one he had on his wall. So he went online and found that his painting was similar in style to the work of Martin Johnson Heade, an American still-life artist best known for landscapes and flower arrangements.
Through his research he found the Kennedy Galleries in Manhattan, which handles many of Heade’s works, and asked them to take a look at his painting. They agreed and were able to verify that the piece of artwork covering the hole in his wall was a previously unknown Heade painting, since named Magnolias on Gold Velvet Cloth. In 1999, The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston purchased the painting for $1.2 million dollars.

Well.  I have created a blog about how to make money the usual way.  But how about the usual way.

Ideas that I am thinking of doing

Selling my used undergarments.  Trust me I have thought about it.  I can't sell on ebay.  But there is a site ebanned.  Stocking, underwear and socks can be sold here.  As well as other items that I will not mention, but trust me just use your imagination with this one.  Some people will buy anything.

Sell your hair.  You can make some serious money selling your hair, depending on how long it is.  And there is always a demand for well looked after long hair.

Buy a gold finder machine.  Search the beaches for coins.  You don't know what other items you could also find

Sing songs or read verse and poems out the front of your local shopping centre for a dollar

Become a lab rat.  You can earn extra cash, but you will be taking experimental drugs.  Who knows where this avenue will take

Sell your blood, sperm or give away eggs.  Well you aren't using all of them now are you!!! Well why not sell them and give them to someone that might need them. 

Become a children clown on the weekends.    Do children parties.  Not good if you are scared of clown.  My son is scared of clowns.
